  • Good on the phone.
  • Experience troubleshooting email problems, DNS, FTP, PHP issues etc.
  • Good internet connection.

  • Taking tech and sales phone calls.
  • Tech support via chat
  • Tech support via email.

Sales Agent (Remote Position)

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in the web hosting industry
  • Understanding of the different types of web hosting services and domain names.
  • Positive phone manner.
  • Experience with tools such as WHMCS and Livechatinc.
  • Good internet connection.

Job Responsibilities

  • Dealing with sales enquiries via telephone, chat and emails)
  • Selling to potential leads

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of HTML5, PSD to HTML, WordPress & Bootstrap.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday UK, London Time. 9:00 - 17:00
