Upon receipt of your complaint, WizzHosting Customer Services will acknowledge receipt by e-mail instantly and you will be assigned a unique ticket identifying number. You will receive an acknowledgement that your complaint is being dealt with within 2 working days of its receipt. This e-mail will provide details of any actions which WizzHosting proposes to take in relation to your complaint and the timescale for completion of these actions.
